Good company to work for
Logistics Analyst (Current Employee) –  Morgantown, WVJanuary 13, 2018
The contract only lasted a year, but the experience was very good with CACI. They paid their employees well and had a good benefits package. The management treated you good (like a person not a number). Also the company is very large with many opportunities if you are willing to relocate. Management was always positive.
The only negative was CACI is a large corporation so you have to deal with the normal "Corporate" paperwork, training, etc. Although a large corporation CACI took care of the employees, treated you well, and I would work for them again if the opportunity presented itself.
Pros
Pay, vacation, benefits, positive atmosphere

Large Company with Small Company Appeal
Quality Management Lead (Current Employee) –  Crystal City, VAJanuary 12, 2018
CACI is a large company with multiple types of contracts in multiple markets. There are some possibilities for advancement as long as you are able to be properly geographically located. While being a large company, there are still many appealing aspects of a small company. Town hall meeting are regularly held by senior management. The company is responsive to employee surveys and feedback.

I have worked for some really awesome managers, the only issue I may have is once a contract is lost, the lack of support finding another position. All

Job Progression
Change and Release Manager (Current Employee) –  Tampa, FLJanuary 9, 2018
My CACI Managers try to move people around to different positions to progress in a career. They also discuss goals and provide feedback to assist with career progression and if they can not move you, they will guide to the right contractor whom can move the person to the right path. Never has another company worked so hard to try can keep employees satisfied.
Pros
10 paid holidays are great! plus earned leave time.
Cons
None to think of.

Once set as a resource on a project, I have been fortunate to have project managers that communicates well with the staff and are transparent to the "on-goings" of the project.

CACI International
Lead Engineering Technician (Former Employee) –  Springfield, VAJanuary 7, 2018
The Work/Life balance was incredibly skewed towards work. With constant travel there wasn't time to have a life. Not being home for weeks at a time, almost every other month ruined my personal relationships.

CACI Overseas Contracts
All Source - OSINT Intelligence Analyst (Former Employee) –  OCONUSJanuary 6, 2018
CACI will promise you the world as far as salary and benefits wise but they WILL NOT CLEARLY STATE THE NUMBER OF DAYS OR AT LEAST THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU WILL WORK. They promised a day off but worked 3 months straight with not a single day off. PER DIEM WAS PROMISED AND NONE WAS RECIEVED. The Regional Management and management on ground was professional in the beginning but once they know your locked in, your become just a number. Also when you leave the company, even on good terms, if you apply for any position where CACI is the prime, they will black ball your name and everyone associated with you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER WORKING FOR CACI UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

Overall a decent company to work for. Just be aware this is a Government contractor and you are at the will of the Government if they want to fund your project and continue funding.

Poor management, good pay
Project Manager/Coordinator (Current Employee) –  Fort Meade, MDDecember 29, 2017
Overall, the worst thing you'll experience with CACI is the poor management. One moment they'll be totally laissez-faire and not care about a single thing you're doing, then they'll be invading your life at every turn. They also do a poor job of passing on VERY important information.

But, they pay well and get their contracts.
